Ordering and Purchasing

6.3 The Client shall indemnify the Company against all costs claims and damages incurred or arising out of any alleged infringements of patents, trademarks, registered designs, design right, copyright or other intellectual property rights occasioned by the provision of the Services where such Services are provided to the specification or requirements of the Client.

Limitation of Liability

10 Additional costs

10.1 The Buyer shall indemnify the Company in against any loss, cost or expense incurred by the Company as a result, directly or indirectly, of the Buyer's instructions or lack of instructions or through any failure or delay whatsoever in taking delivery or through any other act, negligence or default on the part of the Buyer, its agents, employees or other representatives.

10.2 Users are responsible for any mobile phone charges or fees incurred when calling the devices or using the Sound Alert, GPS tracking, or other chargeable features. We are not liable for any unexpected charges, and users agree to indemnify us against any claims or disputes related to such charges. By using our devices, users acknowledge and accept these terms regarding mobile phone charges.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 The Company shall be entitled to delay or cancel delivery or to reduce the services and/or amount delivered if it is prevented from or hindered in or delayed in the provision of Services through any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, strikes, short-notice staff shortages, lock-outs, accidents, war, governmental actions, national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, explosion, flood, epidemic, government guidance or regulations, fire, reduction in or unavailability of power at manufacturing point, break-down of plant or machinery, or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from normal sources of supply.
